WE MAKE ALL OUR PIZZAS FROM SCRATCH…EVERY TIME. IT BEGINS WITH OUR SOURDOUGH
BASE, HANDMADE ON SITE THEN LEFT FOR A MINIMUM OF 48HRS TO PROVE. THE RESULT IS A PIZZA BASE THAT IS LOW IN GLUTEN AND GI, MAKING THEM MORE DIGESTIBLE AND MUCH EASIER ON THE BODY. EACH PIZZA IS COOKED IN OUR STONE BASE OPEN FIRED PIZZA OVEN, OFTEN IN LESS THAN 90 SECONDS.
